TLS Foundations is locally owned and operated in New Mexico, with over 20 years of local experience and more than 55 years of combined industry experience. We are not tied to proprietary repair systems or national sales models, allowing us to focus solely on thoughtful evaluation and logical solutions.
A Different Approach to Foundation Concerns
Over time, the foundation repair industry has shifted toward standardized systems, sales-driven inspections, and predetermined outcomes. Across the United States many locally operated companies have been absorbed by large, venture-capital-backed organizations and multi-state contractors.
TLS Foundations was created to take a different approach—one focused on understanding soil behavior first and determining whether action is actually necessary.
New Mexico soil conditions vary widely, from expansive clays and shale to deep collapsible soils. These conditions can influence structures in different ways, and not every crack or movement requires repair. Our role is to help you understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what options—if any—make sense.
